Creating a new marketing strategy ideas or new products
For our purposes, is the result of a process that leads to something different, different, that did not exist before, which may be a new company or project, a new marketing strategy or a new product. Naturally, to achieve it requires creativity, specifically understood as the process that leads us to seek and find these new ideas.
Usually creativity is associated with genius, with great artists, authors or inventors, but this is only an expression of the same, which occurs when the innovation is great and important, having a great impact on a large number of people. But creativity can also manifest in more moderate levels, such as inventing a story to the children to fall asleep, or intermediate, just to generate ideas or solutions that have more impact on the environment in which we operate, as the organization or community
This creativity, regardless of level or characteristics, is key to individual advancement, professional, organizational and social. It is necessary for a parent in the relationship with their children, and for a writer or a housewife, for executives, politicians, teachers, spouses, children or adults. In short, we all need it.
And creativity is well understood, although some people may be considered more creative than others, is a quality human being, without discussing whether it is personality, talent or ability. Being creative is definitely a potential that we all possess, though it seems that some would have lost … It is said that among children creativity emerges as something natural, but in adults is almost nonexistent. What happened with that immense human capacity? Who has taken our creativity?
There are many obstacles to creativity, defined as those factors that prevent us from trying to change, or have ideas to innovate, becoming true brakes, which are in the personal, social and cultural.
There are difficulties in ourselves of psychological or emotional, such as fear of the unknown, fear of embarrassment, insecurity, the desire to succeed easily, prejudices, or even low self-esteem (thinking is not creative) as well of simply not thinking. Other problems are even in the use of our senses or related skills, such as difficulty to define or understand the real problem, to combine or recombine things, analyze and look at all angles, and so on.
Many of these limitations stem from the education systems, often in place to encourage creativity, inhibit or abort. Children come with all the innate and spontaneous creativity, but as they progress through their “teaching”, not “learning” the van missing. In the primary, secondary or tertiary storage is encouraged, absolute truths are taught, no links theory with practice, in short, is not taught to think, solve problems or seize opportunities.
