<p style="text-align: justify;">Cash flow is the presentation on a table, figures for various periods into the future, and for different items or factors, when will you get in or out, physically, money.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The main objective of cash flow estimation, by period, the net result of cash income less money orders, ie, at what period will be over or missing money and this process allows us to identify the need for working capital and how, to make decisions about what to do:</p>

A company engaged in activities that generate physical flow of money, usually with:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Customers related to sales and service<br />
2. Suppliers of raw materials, production inputs and services<br />
3. Workers in production / operations.<br />
4. Service Providers general administrative support, and administrative workers.<br />
5. Fixed-Asset Suppliers of equipment and is invested to set up the company (land, buildings and the like)<br />
6. Plaintiffs in respect of investment money<br />
7. The State, who would pay taxes<br />
8. Partners, of which receives delivering capital and profits<br />
9. Bidders Financial Institutions, Banks and other financial institutions that lend money. Of those who receive and who must be repaid with interest.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cash Flow Table is built by organizing:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In columns, the time periods (weeks, months or years) for which you want to see the movement of money and the result of it.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In rows, the types of individuals, companies or institutions with which the company conducts operations involving movement of money. (They are 9 related back).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each type of person or company corresponds to a type of activity and it can generate revenue and expenditures physical money, and there to establish what is balance, which can be for or against.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The general structure of cash flow table, which is below, must show the income of money, the &#8220;Expenses&#8221; of money, and the balance by period and accumulated.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">By extension, a marketing database is a <a href="http://www.mychicagoimprov.com/business-idea/want-to-learn-how-to-brainstorm-2845.html">system information</a> file (built according to the definition above) about customers, prospects, products, sales and others in a company. This information is conveniently accessible to be updated and tested &#8211; and of course &#8211; to carry out marketing activities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">More specifically, this type of database is a collection of names and addresses personal information about these people &#8211; whether based on their purchases (or donations) or other external information.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Importantly, although common today is the electronic management of records, you do not need a computer to use databases in your marketing. Here&#8217;s an example &#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Email Promotions and timed reminders</p>

You can start your letter stating that a year ago that the customer purchased the product X and you wanted to know how it had been. You can also suggest other complementary products, and create a new specific offer for this client.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Customer sends birthday cards for their children (if you already have or can get that information to your database.)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This can be very effective. But notice that, like the previous point and the next four remaining items, just give you an excuse to communicate with your prospect. Think about it. What other excuses can create to communicate with them? Of course, chances are the typical Christmas, summer, Valentine&#8217;s Day, etc.. But think creatively and find dozens of sales approaches (excuses) to contact your customers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Invites Customers / Prospects for a product demonstration or educational seminars.<br />
These events should be offered free to customers, and could charge a small entrance to the prospects. I&#8217;ve been using this type of events to sell everything from yachts and airplanes to furniture, paintings and multi-level opportunities.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I know a furniture store whose marketing is rent a few buses every six months and bring customers to your prospects and furniture factory. There can chat with manufacturers and learn the history of furniture, materials and construction process, and so on. This is all your marketing activity &#8211; and in each of these events achieved sales of over $ 100,000 &#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. Careful Using Segmentation, Email Notification of Price, Policy Changes and New Product Announcements</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Brainstorming also gives you different ways to solve a problem or achieve a goal. Which gives more strength and effectiveness. <p style="text-align: justify;">Get together with friends who share your goals</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Brainstorming meetings can occur at any place, whether a classroom, meeting room, the dining room of your home. But you can also apply it to your going out with friends, or organize in your city.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As you gather with your friends to go drinking or snack, you can do but to propose a brainstorming-snack for example? That sound good?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The important thing is that all participants share the goal for which you have arranged the meeting, this will all be motivated and that the meeting did not deviate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Select a person who conducts the meeting and another containing the information. It is important that a person has moderate and speaking time for the meeting does not become chaotic.</p>
