1. How to organize our enterprise?
The foundation of every enterprise should be the organization. Organizing is not easy and takes time. Without this organization, it is impossible to obtain optimal results. The backbone of this organization is to develop a business plan.
The business plan is intrinsically related to the anticipation of the decision-making and how to carry out our entrepreneurial project. Basically is to set goals and establish how to attain them.
Many times, though we believe to be very clear what we want and how to achieve it, is not sufficient if not documented (set in writing) what we have in mind.
- Organization Business Plan
The objective of the business plan should be to establish the most viable way and the best way to achieve our goal. The way to make it, can be arranged as follows:
Establish a name that identifies the enterprise
A market in which competes
Consumer or consumer profile to which points (this item is intrinsically related to the market in which to compete)
Products / services to be offered
Analysis of competition (it must establish the degree of competition and competitive advantages can be achieved)
Estimated cost-benefit analysis that can be achieved (with a break important in this item, special care must be taken not to confuse “what I want to win” with “what I can really win.” Much will depend heavily on the economic situation personal and economic market environment. Do not be the same work in Argentina than in Spain or in Haiti than in France. Therefore, in order to make an analysis of profitability, we are forced to select a new market or simply have either clear the difference between what I want and what I can to not bring disappointments or frustrated in the future).
