Make a schedule to organize the activities carried out

Most people tend to rely on either a daily schedule on a piece of paper, a notebook, a normal schedule, calendar or electronic digital. I was once with a client who was wearing a coaching program to increase personal productivity. From our first meeting my client always come with their agenda in hand and pen or pencil handy. Sometimes taking note of dates and other just memorized.

How to Come Back? or do Back to the Front?
One day my client asked if she could share with me and organize their activities. My client laughed and said, “Look at this almost all empty.” Although my client was living with a lot of stress because all the time was a function of pressing and constantly putting out fires going.

It was clear that by dedicating most of his time and energy to my urgent it was difficult to do other activities which could not be organized or medium to long term could only do things at the moment. This had a chilling effect on their productivity. Very low!!

Am I saying that we set back?. Yes, indeed.

I know it will seem strange, but I’m sure so do you. For example, imagine that your plane leaves at a specific time. What time you leave your office or home?. What time you are thinking you have to show up at the airport counter, how long they take the taxi from your office, how to get the cab … and you may add a few minutes outside in case.

That means starting with an annual plan, or at least, quarterly, and in rare cases, monthly. From there you can spend, but not before the newspaper. It’s not bad specify commitments in the day, but must be preceded by an overview. The annual appears as essential for those who have responsibilities. And a second level, monthly or weekly, desirable to keep the overview.

Program Agenda

We have said that planning involves deciding what to do and when to be completed. Scheduling is deciding when to do and what resources are needed.

• What steps I foresee.
• What resources will point out, it helps.

Motivation can be a goal, but it would not be sufficient to achieve an individual to reach her, so you need something called a stimulus from outside.

The stimulus is what makes us turn to a place or a particular purpose, which should be our motivation. This stimulus can be positive or negative, so this is what we should care.

What we first need to know that the motivation and incentives are different for each individual, but all have a common basis. The only difference is that everyone is done independently. Not in a strict sequence. That is, we each developed according to our needs, knowledge, experience, style and most of the time without knowing why we react in some way. Anyway, here you can even share them know you a little more and make the best of every day.
